Rimarts owes its name to Ricard Martínez de Simón, who decided to produce high-quality cava using traditional and artisanal techniques. Cava Rimarts' philosophy is based on great respect for natural processes and craftsmanship as well as great dedication and passion for their land and its fruits. All grapes come from the vineyards of small, cooperating farms.
From 1987 to today, the family business continues this philosophy of working to continue to delight the world's most demanding palates. This can be felt with every sip of their specialties from their cellars.
