Spanish honey gets its flavour from the flowers that the bees visit. The steep Spanish countryside is home of rosemary and lavender bushes, as well as orange, chestnut and almond trees, bringing intense aromatic flavours to the honeys. The source of nectar also affects the colour, obtaining honeys with colours ranging from light amber to dark brown. The selection of jams we present are a reflection of the privileged environment in which they are produced in Catalonia. Likewise, the quality is given by the experience accumulated over the years in the kitchen of the family restaurant, renowned throughout Spain; they are 100% natural jams, without artificial colourings or additives of any kind.
