The origins of our family go back to the end of the 19th century, when the great-great-grandparents opened a shop, with later added preparation room, which served as a contact point for all employed in the village farm workers, and this daily with any kind of food and sausages from the House slaughter of the family provided.
From the beginning we have kept the traditional expertise and combined it with the creation of new products and treatments without compromising our claim to quality and preservation of the original taste.
We have always been one, in Penedés and with its agricultural tradition and livestock, rooted family. At the same time, it is an area of great innovation, where great value is placed on making things good, and where one appreciates the delicacy of the products so produced.
