BIO Sherry Vinegar 250ml
EL MAJUELO organic vinegar is made from grapes certified as organic by the Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture, CCAE. The hygienic sanitary conditions throughout the process, including the double alcoholic and acetic fermentation as well as its aging in American oak barrels for more than two years, comply with the strict regulations that govern and oblige the entire organic product. The result of all this is the magnificent organic vinegar EL MAJUELO, with aromas of sherry wines, notes of dried fruits and spices and an endless number of varieties in their shades. Its colour is between amber and dark ruby with greenish reflections as a result of its oxidative ageing. In the mouth it has slight hints of wood, fresh and smooth.
Productos Majuelo GmbH was founded on 1997. It was founded by the third generation of a renowned wine merchant and food merchant family.
