Luças only uses Sardines and Sardinillas caught on the coast of Portugal, when they are at their optimum point, then they elaborate the preserves in a traditional way in Matosinhos, a fishing village near Oporto, adding only natural ingredients such as Olive Oil, Cayenne, Pepper or Lemon.
